Physics

What is the Dark Matter? How does it look like? And, above all, how can we detect it using liquid argon?

Experiment

How does our next detector, DarkSide-20k, actually work? How deeply will we scan the Universe for Dark Matter signals?

About Dark Side

The DarkSide Collaboration brings together hundreds of scientists from institutions around the world, united in the search for dark matter. Using massive liquid argon detectors installed in underground laboratories, we aim to capture rare interactions that could reveal the nature of this cosmic mystery.

After the success of DarkSide-50, the next leap is DarkSide-20k—a next-generation experiment now under construction at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso in Italy.

Be part of the journey as we expand the reach of discovery and explore the dark side of the Universe!
